Kenny Omega wanted revenge on Takeshita, not just because hes aligned with Don Callis, but because The Cleaner wanted to hold that title. Naturally, fans in LA were all behind Omega as he made his way to the ring.
The match got started fast, and the action soon spilled out onto the floor. The two fought around the ringside area for a while, as Don Callis stayed on commentary while hoping that Kenny Omegas diverticulitis would flare up mid-match.

Kenny Omega tried to hit a Rise of the Terminator, but Don Callis grabbed his legs and caused a distraction. Then Takeshita clotheslined Omega over the top rope. The two battled next to a table, but then Omega flipped it over instead of putting his opponent through it. Then Takeshita launched Omega onto the leg of the table, and then he turned it on its side to put Omegas stomach into the hard surface.
Eventually, the action returned to the ring, and Omega started to rally. However, Takeshita was able to kick out. Takeshita came back with a Blue Thunder Bomb, but only got a two count. Omega kept going, nailed a V-Trigger, but he couldnt hit the One Winged Angel. Takeshita returned fire with two knees to the face, but Omega just kicked out.
Kenny Omega nailed a knee and a piledriver for a near fall. The match carried on until Omega nailed a knee to Takeshitas face followed by a poisonrana. Then he hit a V Trigger, and he went for a One Winged Angel, but Takeshita got out of it. Then Omega rolled him up for the win.
This was quite a match at AEW Revolution. Although we didnt see a One Winged Angel, Kenny Omega is now the new International Champion.
