After the last round, the American golfer spoke about his cooperation with the former coach of Tiger Woods, Sean Foley. Kim said at the press conference that they have a great cooperation, noting that he has improved since he has been working with Woods' ex coach.
I mean, its like four years of work. But just anything to give myself time to release it as hard as I want, Kim said, as quoted by The Golfing Gazette.
Stuff we have done, letting my trying to get a really big turn to my right side, and messing around with the ball position a little bit here and there has helped a lot.
Russell Henley won
Russell Henley played a great tournament, impressing the fans with a great performance. The 35-year-old golfer did not expect such an outcome, and his superior performance in the final round brought him the much-desired victory after a long time. Hats off to Collin. He played super steady, Henley said. Sometimes golf is just mean like that.
Henley explained that he was extremely nervous, literally feeling incredible anxiety and that he couldn't breathe normally. He pointed out that being on this field is extremely difficult.
This great golfer stressed that he was just trying to stay tough and resilient. He mentioned that he had watched Tiger Woods hit many putts on this green, as well as Rory McIlroy, Francesco Molinari and Bryson DeChambeau hitting winning putts, confirming that he was glad that he had now achieved it too.
