WWE hosted RAW at Madison Square Garden on March 10 and NXT Roadblock on March 11. Roadblock took place at The Theater at MSG, featuring matches with significant implications. Things are heating up in a big way, and fans got quite a treat.

As part of the partnership between TNA Wrestling and WWE NXT, several matches have taken place. This week on NXT, The Hardy Boyz defended the TNA World Tag Team Championship against Nathan Frazer and Axiom.

This match kicked off the show from The Theater in Madison Square Garden. Fans were very happy to see the Hardys, and they chanted for Brother Nero specifically. Nathan Frazer and Axiom were able to get the advantage with some dives to the outside as they went to commercial.

There were even more high risk moves in picture-in-picture, and fans filled the venue with delete chants when they returned from commercial. Axiom took a Plot Twist from the Hardys, but he kicked out. Then Matt took his shirt off, as did Jeff, and Axiom countered a Twist of Fate attempt to trap Jeff Hardy on the top rope, where he hit a Spanish Fly followed by a Phoenix Splash from Frazer for a two count.

They continued as Fraxiom tagged in and out on Jeff Hardy, who countered a High/Low, and then Matt hit a Twist of Fate on Axiom. Then Jeff climbed up to hit a Swanton Bomb on Nathan Frazer to retain the titles.

We will have to see whats next for the Hardys, but they certainly made a triumphant return to NXT as TNA World Tag Team Champions.
