The March 10th edition of Monday Night Raw was full of memorable moments and that included the solid main event between CM Punk and Seth Rollins in a steel cage match. However, there was a lot of censorship during the main event, despite Raw being on Netflix, and now the reason for that has been revealed.

While speaking during aQ&A session, WrestleVotes was asked about the rampant censorship that took place during the main event. It was noted that some audio was censored, and moments involving Seth Rollins and CM Punk flipping the bird led to the screen going black.

According to sources at Netflix, WWE now has full control over Raws production. The reason for censoring Seth Rollins and CM Punk flipping the bird was about how the show looked. Since the main event was a steel cage match, WWE thought the colors wouldnt fit well, so they decided to black it out. It was done purely for visual reasons.

During the main event steel cage match between CM Punk and Seth Rollins,Roman Reigns made his shocking return as he ended up destroying both Punk and Rollins and exacted revenge after what happened at the Royal Rumble Premium Live Event.

With WrestleMania 41 approaching, WWEs decision to censor parts of the CM Punk vs. Seth Rollins match has sparked debate among fans. Some feel that Raws move to Netflix should allow for more unfiltered content, while others see the production teams effort to maintain a polished broadcast as understandable.

Do you agree with WWEs decision to censor the steel cage match for aesthetic reasons? Should Raw on Netflix have more uncensored content? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below!
