Scott DAmores sudden exit from his role as TNA Presidentlast year caused a major change in the wrestling world, but he has since kept himself busy running Maple Leaf Pro Wrestling. He also visited the WWE Performance Center last year and has now explained the reason for his visit.
It was previously reported that on November 8, 2024, Scott DAmore was seen at WWEs Performance Center in Orlando, Florida. Fans started guessing what it could mean, but it was later explained that he was just taking a tour and having casual talks while there.
While speaking to Cultaholics Tom Campbell, Scott DAmore explained that he had been interested in seeing the Performance Center for years, even before returning to IMPACT in 2017. While in Florida, he took the opportunity to explore WWEs state-of-the-art training facility and observe how things operated there. He described it as a casual visit where he reconnected with old friends before moving on.
DAmore also pointed out that while fans speculated about his visit to WWE, there was no similar attention given to his attendance at a Jacksonville Jaguars game during the same trip. He acknowledged that speculation is part of wrestling, but in this case, there was nothing more to the visit than what it appeared to be.
It is to be noted that Scott DAmore previously stated that he does not rule out going to WWE or AEW following his TNA Wrestling departure. Right now, Scott DAmore is focused on his new company, Maple Leaf Pro Wrestling, but well have to wait and see if that will change somewhere down the line.
Scott DAmore made it clear that his visit to WWEs Performance Center was nothing more than a casual tour, but do you think his explanation holds up? Was it just a simple visit, or could there be something more going on behind the scenes? Let us know your thoughts in the comments!
