Nick Kyrgios appears to have recovered for the Miami Masters as the 29-year-old took to X to see if anyone is interested in being his doubles partner at the upcoming tournament.

If the Australian tennis star plays in Miami this year, that will be his first appearance at the tournament since losing to Jannik Sinner in the 2022 round-of-16. When it comes to doubles, the 29-year-old also made four appearances there - with his last coming three years ago, when he and Thanasi Kokkinakis reached the semifinal.

In the past, Kyrgios played doubles at the tournament with Matt Reid in 2017 and 2018 and he also teamed up with Taylor Fritz in 2019. In all of those three meetings, the Australian's doubles campaigns ended early.

"Miami dubs anyone? Lets light the s--- up," the 2022 Australian Open doubles champion wrote on X.

Kyrgios' Miami appearance was in doubt

10 days ago in Indian Wells, the seven-time ATP winner played his first match since battling wrist issues throughout his post-surgery comeback to tennis during the Australian Summer. Sadly for the 29-year-old, an extended break after the Australian Open didn't help him overcome his wrist issues since those troubles reappeared in the desert and he was forced to retire from his Indian Wells opener against Botic van de Zandschulp.

After the match, a devastated Kyrgios indicated he may be forced to skip the second Masters tournament of the year..

"I don't know. I'll just keep looking forward and try and do the right thing. Obviously the time frame of Miami is not ideal, but, you know, I was scheduled to play that, so I will see how my wrist responds. And if not Miami, I will keep looking forward. I can't keep looking back and being disappointed. Otherwise I don't know how much enjoyment I will have in that," the former world No. 13 said after retiring in Indian Wells.
