BJ Ray might be sidelined with an injury, but that didnt stop him from stealing the spotlight with a ruthless promo in front of CM Punk himself.
The WWE LFG competitor, who was forced to bow out of the competition due to a shoulder injury, sat down cross-legged in front of Punkmirroring the infamous pipebomb momentand unleashed absolute verbal destruction on everyone in the room.
You know, its kind of funny, ever since I got here, all I keep hearing is LFG this, LFG that, as if theres any camaraderie here in this whole process. You want to know whats crazy? Ever since I broke the news about my shoulder, not a single person in this room reached out to me, texted me. Especially you, Team Bubba. I would have expected the most out of yall. I get it, everybody is excited that the No. 1 contender got eliminated.
Ray didnt stop there. He proceeded to pick apart his competitors one by one, showing zero remorse.
You know Zena, youre the epitome of stupidity. I know you probably dont know what Im saying right now, but I dont have a box of Crayola crayons to draw a picture for you. You know Tatyanna, I see you shaking your head over there, putting your head down, Im going to just move past you because I dont need you crying for an hour after I say what Im going to say.
He didnt hold back on Cutler James either, the man who replaced him in the competition. Ray made it crystal clear that James is nothing more than a stand-in and vowed to prove exactly why he deserved that spot in the first place.
With CM Punk watching firsthand, Ray delivered a promo that will be hard to forget. But the real question iswill he get his shot at redemption when hes back at full strength?
