The WWE-TNA Wrestling partnership has already turned the wrestling world upside down, and now new details have emerged about how talent is being compensated for these cross-brand appearances.
During Fightful Selects Q&A session, Sean Ross Sapp was asked whether NXT and TNA wrestlers receive extra pay for working on the opposite brand. His answer? Yes.
This means that stars jumping between NXT and TNA iMPACT arent just doing it for exposuretheyre getting paid extra to do so. Given the unpredictability of cross-promotional wrestling deals, this setup adds another layer to the long-term viability of WWE and TNAs agreement.
The partnership, which was revealed earlier this year, is reportedly a three-year working deal between the two companies, running through at least 2028. Since its launch, weve already seen major moments like Jordynne Graces NXT debut, Oba Femi confronting Moose on iMPACT, and Cora Jade attacking Masha Slamovich ahead of their TNA Sacrifice match.
