On Fightful Selects Q&A session, Sean Ross Sapp was asked if theres been any backstage heat over Scotts brutal strike and whether WWE is reconsidering his future role. His response? WWE is doubling down on Scotts participation.

That means Scott isnt going anywhereand if anything, WWE is preparing for him to get even more hands-on in the ring.

Meanwhile, Seth Rollins didnt hold back when discussing Scotts wrestling ability, calling him out for his reckless shot at Rhodes. He doesnt know what hes doing in there, Rollins said on WFAN, adding that if Cody ever gets his hands on Scott, itll be game over.

Rollins also made it clear that Scott is lucky Cody hasnt gotten his hands on him yet.
