Boris Becker thinks Jack Draper's Indian Wells triumph is well-deserved and he is warning Jannik Sinner, Carlos Alcaraz and Alexander Zverev to take the Briton very seriously going forward.

In the desert, the 23-year-old played exceptional tennis throughout the entire tournament and beat several big names, including Alcaraz, Taylor Fritz, Ben Shelton and Holger Rune.
While Draper's 6-2 6-2 final win against Rune was quite a display, there is no doubt that his 6-1 0-6 6-4 semifinal victory over the second-seeded Spaniard was the display that caught the most attention, considering that the Spaniard hadn't lost a match in the desert since 2022 and had been two wins away from completing a three-peat.
Now that the rising Briton is a Masters champion and has also broken into the top-10 for the first time in his career, Becker wouldn't be surprised to see more big things from the new world No. 7 in the foreseeable future.
"I like Jack Draper. So well-spoken, educated, humble and a beast on the tennis court! I want more from him rest of the year... Be aware Jannik Sinner, Alexander Zverev and Carlos Alcaraz," the former six-time Grand Slam winner wrote on X.

Draper also had a warning for his rivals
Even before winning Indian Wells, the British tennis star had a couple of notable results - he was a US Open semifinalist last year and also won Vienna in late 2024. When it comes to early 2025, a hip injury halted his promising Australian Open run in the round-of-16 before he finished as runner-up in Doha last week.
"Definitely a big moment for me, you know, getting inside the top 10, and also to win my first Masters title just adds to my inner belief and my confidence," Draper said after winning his first Masters title in Indian Wells.
