Jerry The King Lawler has had a legendary career in WWE, but fans are well aware of just how many health struggles hes had to deal with over the past several years. That being said, Lawler has now revealed his current health status more than two years after suffering a stroke.
While speaking to Bill Apter, Jerry Lawler provided an update on his health two years after suffering a stroke. He mentioned that he generally feels good, though his knees have been an issue.
Lawler noted that he had his right knee replaced about six or seven months ago, and doctors told him it would take about a year to fully recover. His left knee also needs to be replaced, but he plans to wait before undergoing another surgery.
Lawler admitted that the effects of his stroke are still present and something he deals with daily. His entire right side remains affected, making tasks like writing and drawing difficult. While he can no longer draw as he used to, he is still able to sign autographs and hes happy about that fact. Despite these challenges, he made it clear that overall, he feels fine.
Jerry Lawler also made an appearance during the February 7, 2025 edition of Friday Night SmackDown and fans were happy to see him at the show. Regardless, as Lawler continues his recovery, fans remain hopeful that he will stay involved in the wrestling world in some capacity as they just cant imagine Lawler not being a part of wrestling at all.
