Despite a massive blizzard threatening to derail AEW Dynamite in Omaha, Nebraska, the show is officially still on.

Liberty First Credit Union Arena confirmed at 2:50 PM ET that both Dynamite and Collision will proceed as scheduled, putting an end to speculation about potential delays or cancellations.

Tonights AEW Dynamite and AEW Collision event at Liberty First Credit Union will proceed as scheduled. March 19 Event: 6:30PM Doors: 5:30PM Liberty First Credit Union Arena, the venue announced on Twitter.

The update comes after major concerns over a dangerous blizzard set to hit Omaha throughout the day, bringing heavy snow, wind gusts up to 60 mph, and hazardous travel conditions. Schools in the area have already shut down, and local news outlets warned that roads could be treacherous for both talent and fans.

AEW President Tony Khan reassured fans earlier in the day that all advertised wrestlers had arrived in Omaha, and now it looks like the company is moving full steam ahead. Its Wednesday, 3/19, final day of winter, theres a blizzard in Omaha today! We have 3 huge #AEWDynamite fights set for tonight, all advertised wrestlers are in Omaha now! We have more to announce for tonight when the rest of the team arrives safely! Dont miss Dynamite TONIGHT! Khan posted on X.

With the show locked in, the only question now is how the storm might affect the rest of the crew or fans looking to attend. AEW has pulled off live events under tough conditions before, but this blizzard could still bring last-minute challenges.

Do you think AEW made the right call by going ahead with the show? Let us know in the comments!
