During an interview with Busted Open, the former WWE and WCW star revealed that he recently worked with the legendary filmmaker on a yet-to-be-released movie. While Guerrero Jr. has been busy making a name for himself in the film industry as a go-to expert for wrestling-related projects, landing a gig with one of the greatest directors of all time is a major milestone.
Beyond their work together, Guerrero Jr. was surprised to find out that Spielberg is actually a wrestling fan. The two bonded over stories about Andr the Giant and the old-school wrestling scene at the Grand Olympic Auditorium in Los Angeles.
Guerrero Jr. has been steadily making moves in both Hollywood and wrestling, recently appearing at TNAs Sacrifice tapings in his hometown of El Paso, Texas. He was featured in First Cla$ Penthouse alongside A.J. Francis and K.C. Navarro, which led to him stepping back into the ring for a six-man tag match.
