Indi Hartwell had a strong run in NXT, but her time on the WWE main roster wasnt as successful. After being released last year, she didnt let it hold her back at all. She recently had a solid match with Mercedes Mon and has now revealed that she first found out about the match through social media.
While speaking on her vlog, Indi Hartwell revealed that she first learned about her match with Mercedes Mon at House of Glorys City of Dreamz through social media. While at the airport waiting in line for security, she opened her phone to access her boarding pass and happened to scroll through Instagram stories.
Thats when she saw Mons post about the match. Surprised by the announcement, Hartwell immediately responded to the story, asking if it was really happening. It turned out that it was actually happening.
Mercedes Mone and Indi Hartwell had a tremendous match at House of Glorys City of Dreamz, where Hartwell showed the world what she is made of. Hartwell lost in the end but she was able to win a lot of hearts with her performance.
Despite her performance, there is no indication AEW has any interest in signing Indi Hartwell. However, with performances like this, she could attract attention from major promotions sooner rather than later. Therefore, well have to wait and see what the future holds for the Australian star.
