Things got a little too real for Seth Rollins in Bologna, Italy, ahead of WWE SmackDownand it didnt even happen at the arena.
Ringside News has obtained footage showing Rollins being completely swarmed by a massive group of fans outside his hotel before the March 22 SmackDown taping. In the video, Rollins can be seen visibly overwhelmed as he tries to navigate through the crowd, repeatedly saying, You have to let me through guys.
The situation escalated quickly, with fans blocking his path and surrounding him on all sides. Security was nowhere in sight during the initial rush, forcing Rollins to personally plead with the crowd just to reach the entrance. Despite the chaos, Rollins managed to keep his composure as best he could.
This moment adds to an already wild atmosphere in Bologna. Earlier, fans went viral for unveiling a giant Mona Lisa-style graphic of Liv Morgandubbed Mona Livainside the Unipol Arena. That fan art was so over-the-top, some attendees literally dropped to their knees in admiration.
Between the hotel mob scene and the in-arena theatrics, its safe to say the WWE Universe in Italy has been showing up in full force.
