Looks like Hulk Hogans WrestleMania party plans just got body-slammed.
WWE and On Location have officially pulled the plug on the Real American Suite package for WrestleMania 41, quietly removing the VIP experience from their website. What was once billed as an ultra-exclusive $9,500 experiencethen slashed to $6,950is now gone entirely. Fans clicking the original link are met with a blunt Not Found message.
The Real American Suite promised fans a luxury two-night experience, complete with a suite ticket, unlimited food and drinks, Hogan-themed swag, a Topgolf hangout with The Miz, and a personal meet-and-greet with the WWE Hall of Famer himself. Now? Not happening.
No official reason has been given for the packages sudden disappearance, but its hard to ignore the series of hits Hogans reputation has taken recently.
Hogan was booed at the WWE Raw on Netflix premiere back in Januaryan icy reception he later admitted he expected. Then there was the meet-and-greet disaster in Orange County, NY, where Hogan abruptly left, leaving fans, including children, in tears. And lets not forget the Real American Beer lawsuit, in which Hogans brand is being sued for negligence after a woman was allegedly struck by a beer can at a promotional event.
The combo of negative press and public backlash may have made this deal a tough sell, even at a discount. And with WWE scrubbing it completely, the company seems ready to move on from the Hogan-centered promotion altogether.
Would you have paid nearly $7K for a VIP experience with Hulk Hogan? Or is WWE better off focusing on the future instead of the past? Drop your thoughts in the comments belowwe want to hear from you.
