Gail Kim, a TNA Hall of Famer and a major influence on the Knockouts Division, has played a key role both in the ring and behind the scenes as a producer. Her exit marks a massive change for the companys womens division.

Ariel Shnerner, who has been involved in various operations, is also leaving, along with Rob Kligman. Kligman played a significant role in marketing and business development. In addition to that, Michael Shewchenko, who helped shape internal strategies, will be moving on. TNA has not publicly revealed the reasons behind their departures at the time of writing.

This follows the departure of Anthony Cicione, who took over as TNA President in February 2024 but has since left the position. Longtime TNA figures Josh Mathews and Christy Hemme have also exited the company. Mathews held roles as a Senior Producer and Senior Director of Digital Media, while Hemme managed TNAs social media before leaving in February.
