Logan Paul has been a lightning rod in WWE ever since he stepped into the ring at WrestleMania 38, teaming with The Miz to defeat Rey and Dominik Mysterio. Fast forward to now, and hes faced top-tier stars like Roman Reigns, Cody Rhodes, and Seth Rollins, even holding WWE gold but not everyone in the locker room is thrilled about his rapid ascent.

In a revealing conversation on The Ariel Helwani Show, Baron Corbin (real name Bishop Dyer) gave his honest take on Logan Pauls place in WWE, and lets just say it wasnt all love.

Sure. I dont know, Corbin said when asked if Logan has the respect of the locker room. Look, he works hard and wants to go out and perform. I think some of the stuff he has said probably has some truth, and some of it is part of the show, and some of it irritates me for the way he talks about the business.

Corbin didnt hold back when talking about Pauls lack of grind through WWEs developmental system, comparing his rise to that of wrestlers who work the road, small towns, and live events.

Its not like he earned it through working his way up through NXT. He gets that treatment because of his stardom through social media and YouTube, Corbin explained. Hes handed a lot of things that I think there are more deserving talent of it, but hes getting the views. Its a double-edged sword.

Corbin admitted Paul works hard behind the scenes, pointing out that WWE sends people to train with him ahead of big matches. Still, one thing about Logan Paul clearly irks him the entourage.

I cant stand people who run around with an entourage, he always has an entourage. Theyre nice people, but it irritates me seeing that backstage.

Corbin believes the locker room is split 50/50 on Logan. While some like Seth Rollins are focused on their own level, others grinding in the middle of the card see Pauls presence as taking away hard-earned spots.

When you bring guys like that in, it just takes those spots without any effort. That can be frustrating, he said. I appreciate what you do, but were not going to be buddies.

That said, Corbin isnt opposed to doing business with the social media megastar.

If you ask me to go into the ring and have a match with him, I know wed tear the house down. We dont have to like each other to do that, he noted. If he ever wants to throw down, Im happy to do that as well. We can do jiu-jitsu, boxing, whatever. There is money to be made with people like him.

As for his feelings on PRIME Logan Pauls energy drink plastered all over WWE programming? Corbin kept it simple: Im about tired of seeing PRIME bottle, but it is what it is.

Do you agree with Corbins stance on Logan Paul? Has Logan earned his spot in WWE, or should more opportunities go to talent whove paid their dues? Please share your thoughts and feedback in the comment section below.
