Miss Elizabeth is finally getting the hometown love she deservestwo decades after her passing, the First Lady of Wrestling is being honored with a new museum exhibit in Frankfort, Kentucky.

On Wednesday, March 26, the Capital City Museum announced theyre opening an exhibit dedicated to the late Miss Elizabeth, set to debut on Monday, March 31, 2025. Simply titled The Lovely Miss Elizabeth, the tribute will showcase her life, career, and lasting legacy in professional wrestling.

The exhibit will be open for two years, the museum confirmed, adding that admission is free and open during standard museum hours.

Miss Elizabeth, born in Frankfort on November 19, 1960, became a wrestling icon in the 1980s and 90s, serving as a central figure in WWE storylines alongside Macho Man Randy Savage and later appearing in WCW. Her soft-spoken grace and dramatic on-screen presence helped define an entire era of wrestling storytelling.

The exhibit will run Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., located at 325 Ann Street in downtown Frankfort. Fans will be able to dive deep into her legacy with rare photos, memorabilia, and reflections on her role in shaping wrestlings golden age.

Miss Elizabeth passed away in 2003 and was laid to rest in the Frankfort Cemetery, making this tribute feel even more personal to fans and locals alike.
