Drew McIntyre got a little too bold on WWE SmackDownand paid for it in blood and real glass.
During the March 28 episode in London, McIntyre was seen backstage joking with Lewis Capaldi before cutting a fiery promo with Jackie Redmond. He didnt mince words about his ongoing issues with Damian Priest, saying, Priest doesnt have the balls to show up tonight. But seconds later, Drew learned the hard wayPriest was definitely in the building.
As McIntyre tried to leave the arena, Priest ambushed him in the parking garage. What followed was nothing short of a beatdown. Priest rammed McIntyre into a parked car, then went off the rails by attacking a random bystander. But the most shocking moment came when Priest grabbed Drew by the eyes and choke slammed him straight through a car window.
Drew later confirmed on X/Twitter that the carnage was very real. That was real glass It got in my eye, he posted, referencing the now-infamous CM Punk/Jack Perry real glass drama from AEW All In 2023. Punk himself added fuel to the fire by walking past Drews broken body without even acknowledging himcold.
Priest, standing tall over the wreckage, added insult to injury. Im done. Are there any other jokes? Rest in peace, he snarled before walking off.
