The form of this golfer is pleasing, but the fierce competition, pressure and weather conditions could be a huge obstacle for an experienced golfer.

Chad Mumm, executive producer of the Netflix documentary series Full Swing, decided to talk about Rory's great form in an interview with talkSPORT, recalling a moment during the offseason.

The Northern Irish golfer looked different during the filming of Happy Gilmore, not watching the flight of his ball.

However, when the Northern Irishman subsequently shared to Mumm his rituals, an executive producer was speechless.

"I got to spend a little bit of time with Rory in the offseason. And it was interesting, because he was in the middle of a pretty rigorous reworking of his swing.

The month that we were filming Happy Gilmore in New Jersey, he was not watching his ball flight, which I thought was really fascinating.

Actually, I invited him out to go play some golf on one of the off days of filming movies, and a couple of the other players had come out. And he's like, 'Look, I'm rebuilding my swing. I'd love to come, but I'm literally locking myself in a simulator at night, turning the simulator off, filming my swing from behind, and just looking at the motion. If I see my ball flying through the air, I'll start going back to the old ways.

And so he took a month to rebuild it and he came back and, all of a sudden, here he is ... seemingly in total control of his game."

Can he make a success?

The famous golfer realized that he had to change certain aspects of his game if he really wanted to take such an important step towards success. Winning the Masters is very difficult, especially when you are under such pressure as he is.

The 35-year-old must show that he knows how to deal with this pressure, but in order to win such competitions, sometimes the factor of luck is also necessary.
