Toni Storm had something to saybut Megan Bayne had something to prove.
The March 29 AEW Collision kicked off in Milwaukee with the AEW Womens World Champion, Timeless Toni Storm, demanding Megan Bayne show her face. What Storm got instead was a brutal beatdown that left her laid out and humiliated in front of a stunned crowd.
Storm, speaking under a spotlight like she was on a Broadway stage, opened with Im embarrassed, hurt and ashamed that I got pinned by Bayne on Dynamite so easily. She admitted she couldnt stop replaying that moment in her hotel room and even hit [her] head on the sink the next morning before remembering who she was. The confidence was clearly backuntil it wasnt.
Before Storm could get too deep into her promo, Penelope Ford made a surprise return and ambushed the champion. Storm quickly fought her off, but thats when the real damage came.
Bayne hit the ring like a storm of her owncutting through the champ with a brutal lariat, then driving her into the mat with Fates Descent. With Storm writhing on the mat, Bayne stood tall, snatched the AEW Womens World Title, and made one thing crystal clear: Bow down.
This feud is no longer just about competitionits personal. And if what we saw tonight is any indication, Bayne isnt just looking to win at Dynasty. Shes out to break Toni Storm.
Will Toni Storm be able to rebound after tonights ambush? Or is Megan Bayne already walking into Dynasty as the uncrowned champ? Please share your thoughts and feedback in the comment section below.
