This weeks episode of AEW Collision was planned for a Jamie Hayter vs. Queen Aminata main event. This was Hayters return after being missing in action for a couple of months. However, Aminata suffered a wrist injury against Julia Hart last week so was replaced in the match by Billie Starkz.
In a backstage interview with Aminata, Serena Deeb interrupted and continued to push her narrative that Aminata needs to listen to her.
Hayter would go on to face Starkz and get a victory in the main event after hitting a springboard Hayterade. Post match, Athena would emerge to the ramp as she and Hayter exchanged words as Collision went off the air.
