Ronda Rousey may be retired from fightingbut shes definitely not retired from throwing people around.

The former UFC Bantamweight Champion and WWE Superstar just dropped a major health update while sharing new training footage on Instagram. In the clip, Rousey is seen back on the crash pad, tossing around Rana Willinkthe daughter of retired Navy officer and podcast host Jocko Willink.

First throws with @ranawillink on the crash pad now that my ligaments are officially tightened back up nice to know that the years of countless repetition are still paying off and they still got that whip to em #MOMtage, she wrote.

Its a big moment for Rousey, who has been vocal about dealing with lingering injuries. Just last year, she shut down all speculation about a return to MMA, citing serious neurological issues as the reason she could never fight again.

Im not neurologically fit to compete anymore at the highest level, Rousey explained at the time. You just get to a level where the neurological injuries you take accumulate over time. They dont get better.

While shes ruled out a comeback to the UFC octagon, this latest post proves shes still got plenty of fight left in her. From judo throws to pro wrestling stardom, Ronda remains a forceand now her rehab journey seems to be paying off.

Could Rousey be eyeing a coaching role, or maybe a new chapter altogether? What do you think this means for her future in combat sports? Drop your thoughts in the comments and let us know.
