During times when he isnt actively wrestling, he tries to maintain a strict diet. However, once he steps into the ring and competes, his reward at the end of it all is a sweet treat, whether its a donut or a piece of cake.
CM Punks obsession with donuts became a major topic of discussion since the controversial AEW All Out 2022 press conference, where he was seen eating treats from Mindys Bakery from Chicago.
Fans have often spotted him eating a donut after big wrestling events, which has become part of his image. It makes him relatable to fans who enjoy rewarding themselves after hard work. Even though hes known for being very disciplined, Punk shows that he can stick to his routine while still enjoying a treat now and then and fans feel he more than deserves a treat as well.
