According to Fightful Selects Sean Ross Sapp, the Knockouts legend isnt being held back by a noncompete clause.
Gail Kim does not have a noncompete. She can work for any wrestling company. Wherever. Immediately, Sapp revealed on the latest episode of the Fightful Select Podcast.
Thats huge. Especially considering the amount of speculation already swirling about her next move. With AEW Hall of Famer Jim Ross openly backing her, saying Shes very, very valuable and does a great job, the runway for a quick return to wrestling is wide open.
Kim had addressed fans after Anthem Sports & Entertainment released her from her backstage role in TNA. She took to Instagram to thank fans and friends, writing, More than anything I am grateful for all the years and opportunities I was given to help build something I always dreamed of The [Knockouts] division is and will always be my heart.
But she didnt leave any doubt about her future in wrestling either: This will not end my passion or my love for wrestling and this is not the end of Gail Kim in the wrestling world.
Now, with no contractual chains holding her back, Gail Kims next move could come faster than anyone expected.
