The feud kicked off when Booker T, during a recent episode of his Hall of Fame podcast, claimed he turned down an offer to appear on VladTV. I had an offer to be on VladTV before as well and I turned it down, Booker said. They called me back and they offered me money to go on VladTV and I turned it down because I was not going to go on Vlad TV and be exploited.
It didnt stop there. He added, I wasnt going to go on Vlad TV and have him make me look like a fool in front of the world, I was not going to do that. I wasnt going to go on VladTV and say anything negative towards any black man thats ever been in this business because I know how hard it is for all of us.
DJ Vlad wasnt having it. On April 1, 2025, he fired back on X, calling Booker T a liar and sharing direct message screenshots from 2020 that allegedly showed Booker was eager to do the interview. Vlad claimed Booker even showed up at the studio, but the sit-down never happened because Vlad was running late. Booker T is lying, Vlad wrote. Booker was excited to do VladTV and was at the studio with our cameraman. I ran late that day, which is why the interview never happened.
But the real bombshell came a day later on April 2, 2025, when Vlad doubled down with a scathing update. In a new X post, he wrote, When Booker T isnt making up lies about refusing to do VladTV interviews, hes hanging out with his registered sex offender friend Chasyn Rance. Chasyn was convicted of lewd and lascivious sexual battery with a victim who was 12-15 years old at the time.
Vlad attached two photos to the post, with one of the images is from the Florida Department of Law Enforcement identifying Chasyn Rance as a sexual offender, listing his conviction for lewd and lascivious sexual battery. The other photo featured Booker T hanging out with Chasyn.
The wrestling community is now grappling with the implications of Booker Ts alleged association with Rance, whose criminal history has raised serious concerns.
