WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley gave fans quite a shock this week after he revealed he was hospitalized following a car accident on April 1st. The pro wrestling world was worried about his condition, and Foley has now revealed his health status following the accident.
Mick Foley took to his Instagram and uploaded a video, revealing his current health status after being hospitalized following a car crash. He thanked everyone for their positive energy and prayers and mentioned that many people in the wrestling industry, including The Undertaker and Triple H, reached out to him.
Foley admitted that he is banged up and feels like he was run over by a truck. He is currently propped up against multiple pillows but considers himself fortunate. Looking at the accident and the condition of his car, he believes most people wouldnt have expected him to come out of it with only soft tissue damage.
Despite his injuries, Foley assured fans that he will not be missing any of his scheduled appearances. He confirmed that he will be in Texas over the weekend and will also travel to New Mexico and Arizona.
The Hardcore Legend made it very clear that the accident was not an April Fools joke and expressed his gratitude for the support he has received, though he admitted he is still very sore, saying, Again, I just want to thank everyone. I assure you, it was not an April Fools joke. Im very grateful, but very sore. Have a nice day.
Mick Foley is known for his resilience and toughness, and even after a car accident, he is making sure to fulfil his obligations and fans are just glad to know that he is doing better than expected. Nonetheless, we hope Foley will continue to take care of himself and not have such scary accidents again in the future.
