Rory McIlroy is mostly the main topic on the golf scene, but this is especially pronounced before the start of the Masters, when all eyes are on the Northern Irishman. The 35-year-old golfer will be looking for the Masters title again this year, aware that it will be an extremely difficult task.
Various experts, golfers, as well as fans, give forecasts regarding McIlroy and the chances for his success at the Masters.
Rory's manager Andrew 'Chubby' Chandler often looks back on his performances, and this time he put special emphasis on the relationship between Rory's caddy, Harry Diamond, and McIlroy.
Chandler stressed that Rory is the profile of a golfer who doesn't listen to anyone, but he has a feeling that things are completely different this year.
'Chubby' believes that Rory has changed his attitude towards his caddy, probably frustrated by the outcome at the US Open last year.

"If you caddied with Rory McIlroy, he wouldn't listen to you either," Chandler said, as quoted by Golf Magic.
"He doesn't listen to anybody.
I do detect this year that he's involved Harry in the decision making quite a bit more than he has in previous years.
Maybe that is a change because when you're in the position he gets in, you need somebody on your side.
It didn't look like it on the last hole at the U.S. Open or the last three that he was listening to Harry at all."
Andrew Chandler talks about the caddy change
After the split between Matt Fitzpatrick and his caddy, Billy Foster, golf fans as well as experts began to convince Rory to change his caddy and give Foster a chance. In addition, they advised him to hire some other famous caddy names.

However, Rory has confidence in Diamond, which is best shown by the fact that he stood by the caddy after severe criticism from the public towards Diamond.
Chandler, on the other hand, is not sure that it is a good option for the 35-year-old to change the caddy, considering that it will not change much.
"Even someone like Billy Foster coming in, it wouldn't make a bit of difference," Chandler said.
"Rory is his own man."
McIlroy's former agent addressed Rory's emotions, saying that he does not control emotions, but feeds on them, opening his mouth often. Chandler believes that the Northern Irishman should speak less to the media, considering that it has negative consequences for him.
'Chubby' is not sure that the experienced golfer can make history at Augusta National, declaring this tournament as his nemesis.
