Were set for a lot of tag-team action tonight on TNA Impact, as forces from both the Knockouts Division and NXT Superstars look to collide tonight.
NXTs Lash Legend and Jakara Jackson, The Meta Girls, have the opportunity to face the former TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Champions, Spitfire.
Jackson starts the match off with Dani Luna, as Tatum Paxley and Gigi Dolin of Chemical X watch the action. Spitfire attempts double-team action on Legend, but powers through both of them.
Luna is caught under the pressure of the Meta Girls but eventually makes the hot tag out to Jody Threat to put a stop to them. With Luna wiped out completely, Threat faces the odds alone. Unfortunately for Threat, the numbers game gets the best of her as The Meta Girls hit their finish for the win.
The TNA Digital Media Champion, Steph De Lander, and Mace Warner take the stage tonight on Impact. SDL boasts in her reign and her man, but Santino Marella looks to break that up.
Marella announces that he will take the title from SDL and a new International Champion will be crowned at TNA Unbreakable. Sami Callihan attacks Warner and sends him flying off the stage into a table. Meanwhile, the Digital Media Championship is returned to Marella.
Ash By Elegance is on vacation this week, but George Iceman has ideas for the Elegance Brand. Hes been recently impressed by TNAs newest Knockout, Maggie Lee. One-half of the tag team champions, Heather By Elegance, looks to step up and take her in as her mentor.
In our main event, the TNA Knockouts World Champion, Masha Slamovich, teams up with Xia Brookside and Lei Ying Lee to take on Tessa Blanchard and two-thirds of Fatal Influence, Jacy Jayne and Jazymn Nyx with Fallon Henley at their side.
Earlier in the night we hear from the all-Knockouts team and say that Blanchard has burnt every single bridge within their division. Slamovich hopes to send the NXT women packing and hopes Blanchard gets whats coming to her.
Slamovich immediately lays it on Blanchard, and Fatal Influence spills off to the outside thanks to Lee and Brookside.
Lee takes on the opposing team by herself, but powers through to get the hot tag to Brookside. Rosemary is up in the rafters, as she has taken recent interest in Brooksidelately. With Rosemary looming up there, Jayne takes advantage.
Brookside fights through and makes the hot tag out to Slamovich as she battles Fatal Influence. But, Blanchard breaks up the pin and the six-women tag breaks into chaos. Blanchard makes a sneak tag into the match and hits the Buzzsaw to pin the Knockouts World Champion once again.
