Hangman Page is undoubtedly one of AEWs top stars who always rises to the occasion whenever the company needs him. Clearly hes a fan-favorite, which is why it comes as no surprise that Page has dominated the merchandise sales for March this year.
According to Dave Meltzer in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, it was revealed that Wrestlenomics estimated that Hangman Page had the two best-selling items on ShopAEW last month.
Adam Page has been involved in several top feuds this year, with his excellent feud with MJF culminating at the Revolution pay-per-view coming to mind. Since then, he has reignited his program with Swerve Strickland, and fans feel there might be a major change in their storyline in the future.
At the moment, Hangman Page is competing in the Owen Hart Cup tournament as he is looking to get another shot at the AEW World Championship. He failed to win it after Bryan Danielson beat him last year, so he wants to change his fate this time around.
With solid merchandise sales, an intense rivalry with Swerve Strickland, and a strong run in the Owen Hart Cup, Hangman Page is on the verge of another major moment in AEW. It remains to be seen if he will continue to dominate merchandise sales this year.
