One of WWEs biggest strengths is bringing back stars from previous eras of the company for the right dose of nostalgia. In fact, it appears that a former WWE star will be bringing back an iconic gimmick for WrestleMania 41 weekend.

Former WWE Superstar Hornswoggle took to Twitter and uploaded a photo of his old gear from the time he used to portray the gimmick of a leprechaun on WWE television. He made it clear he will return as that character during his appearance at WWE World as part of WrestleMania 41 weekend, saying, Think its time Old Reliable comes out of hiding. See ya at The World.

Hornswoggle will be making his first official WWE appearance in 11 years at WWE World on Friday, April 18th. Naturally, there is a ton of excitement for his appearance, especially since he will be returning as his leprechaun gimmick for the first time in well over a decade.

This comes after Hornswoggle confirmed last year that hesigned a Legends deal with the company, so he is more than happy being part of the WWE family again and his appearance will be met with lots of positive reactions.

With Hornswoggle returning to his iconic role, fans will be watching to see if this is just a one-time nostalgia moment or the start of something bigger. His involvement could extend to a segment at WrestleMania 41, as fans would love for that to happen.
