As revealed by footage making rounds online, just as Kevin Owens was making his way towards the back, a fan in the audience told Kevin Owens, Youre still s***. This led to Kevin Owens immediately confronting the fan, as he was clearly angry.
Owens was clearly upset by the insult. He stopped, turned around, and went right up to the fan who said it. He got in their face and said, Say that s*** again. His strong reaction showed how much the comment bothered him, especially since he had just made the announcement about his neck injury. Owens later walked away and mouthed F*** you before heading backstage.
