John Cena just added fuel to the fire following the intense SmackDown segment between Charlotte Flair and Tiffany Strattonand he did it without saying a single word.
The 16-time World Champion took to Instagram and dropped a cryptic post that has everyone talking: a photo of Charlotte Flair, with no caption at all. No explanation. No context. Just The Queen front and center.
Fans immediately connected the dots. The post comes just days after Flair and Strattons off-script promo on the April 4 episode of SmackDown, where both women traded personal shots that went way beyond storyline. Stratton didnt hold back, saying Flair would be just like you are outside of the ring, alone! What is that record, like 0-3? Charlotte clapped back by dragging Ludwig Kaiser, asking, Is that why Kaisers in my DMs?
The promo was so raw, WWE deleted that entire portion from their official social media accounts.
Cena has a history of dropping cryptic images on his Instagram feed, and this post fits that pattern. But coming right after the Flair-Stratton faceoff, its hard to see it as anything other than a reaction to what went down.
Is Cena showing support for Charlotte? Is he teasing something? Or is he just stirring the pot like only he can? One theory is that Cenas saying he wants to see gold around her waist again, suggesting hes on Flairs side heading into WrestleMania.
Whatever it means, the post couldnt have been timed better.
