The April 4 episode of WWE SmackDown had a big moment when CM Punk revealed that the favor Paul Heyman owed him was to be in his corner at WrestleMania 41. This didnt sit well with Roman Reigns, and now new footage shows Reigns looking clearly upset about the decision.
WWE took to Twitter and uploaded a video of Roman Reigns and Paul Heyman following the conclusion of Friday Night SmackDown. The video shows The OTC walking way ahead of Heyman while giving Heyman the silent treatment, as Heyman hesitantly walks behind him.
The Tribal Chief eventually made his way to the back and looked incredibly disappointed, while The Wiseman looked very scared and bothered, before trying to shove the camera away at the end.
This comes after Roman Reigns repeatedly told Paul Heyman to say no to CM Punk when it came to being in Punks corner at WrestleMania 41. Heyman refused Reigns, and this eventually led to Punk taking out Reigns with a huge GTS.
Nonetheless, CM Punk will face off against Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns in a triple threat match at WrestleMania 41. With Heyman in Punks corner, well have to see who will come out on top in the end.
Do you believe Paul Heyman is truly loyal to CM Punk, or is this part of a deeper strategy involving Roman Reigns and The Bloodline? Could this be the biggest betrayal in WWE since Seth Rollins turned on The Shield? Let us know in the comments section below.
