AEW is going all in this summer, but before the company rolls out its four-hour Dynamite x Collision super-show for Fyter Fest, theyre already adding extra fuel to the fire.
In an update ahead of AEWs June 4 marathon in Denver, Collision is now officially listed for a rare three-hour broadcast on Saturday, April 26. The show will air from 8:30 PM to 11:30 PM Easterna delayed start thanks to the NBA Playoffs.
This expanded episode wont be live, though. AEW plans to tape the entire three-hour Collision on April 23 at The Lakefront Arena in New Orleans. That means fans attending the taping are in for a longer-than-usual night of matches and angles.
AEW rarely stretches Collision beyond its standard two-hour slot, making this extended run notable as the company builds momentum toward its major summer programming. The three-hour format opens up the door for more storyline development, deeper matches, and possibly some early groundwork for the Fyter Fest special just weeks later.
With AEW pushing both Collision and Dynamite harder than ever, dont be surprised if this move signals more double-duty showsor longer broadcastscoming down the pipeline.
