The Young Bucks are still off AEW televisionand now we know its not because people arent trying to get them back.

Ahead of AEW Dynasty, Fightful Select reported that there had been some internal pitches from talent involving the Young Bucks in recent months, with many talent thinking theyd be back by now.

That new detail adds fuel to the mystery surrounding Nick and Matt Jacksons extended absence. Despite still holding their Executive Vice President titles alongside Kenny Omega, the Bucks havent appeared on AEW programming since losing the AEW World Tag Team Titles to Private Party in October 2024.

Their status behind the scenes hasnt changed. During a recent Fightful Select Q&A, Sean Ross Sapp confirmed that the Bucks and Omega remain in those [EVP] positions. However, he added that The Young Bucks, in particular, have had limited presence at AEW events, often leaving well before shows go live.
