At AEW Dynasty 2025, the Owen Hart Foundation Tournament moved forward with three quarterfinal matches. Kyle Fletcher faced Mark Briscoe in a Mens Owen Hart Cup Tournament Quarterfinal match. Will Ospreay went one-on-one with Kevin Knight in another Mens Quarterfinal match. On the womens side, Mercedes Mon took on Julia Hart in a Womens Owen Hart Cup Tournament Quarterfinal match.
Will Ospreay and Kevin Knight opened up the show in Philly. This was a high-paced match, and they had a ton of near falls. Fans wanted it to last forever, even though it was the opener, but Ospreay was able to pull off the big win.
Mercedes Mone and Julia Hart took each other on next, and that match ended with the former Sasha Banks coming out with the win. Now the CEO is moving forward in the tournament to try to become the first current titleholder in AEW history to win the Owen Hart Foundation Tournament.
Kyle Fletcher and Mark Briscoe went at it in the third match in the Owen Hart Foundation Tournament during Dynasty. Fans in Philly were all behind Briscoe, and they made no secret of that. After a hard-fought match, Kyle Fletcher was able to pull off the big win.
We will have to see how the tournament goes from this point on. At this point, you never know what will happen in Tony Khans company as he prepares to hand out two more Owen Hart Tournament title belts and a shot at the companys two top titles.
