Gabriel Fluffy Iglesias may be a lifelong wrestling fan, but dont expect to see him taking a bump anytime soon. While stars like Jelly Roll and Travis Scott are teasing in-ring appearances, Fluffy is keeping both feet firmly on the outside of the ropes.

In a new interview with Chris Van Vliet, the comedy icon revealed exactly why he hasnt pursued a physical role in wrestling, despite his passion for the sport. I just gotta pass the physical, and thats probably the main reason why I havent asked to participate in the ring, is Im pushing 50, Iglesias said. I got in the ring one time and it was scary. It was scary.

He didnt mince words about how real it felt being inside the ropes, even without taking any hits himself. You could feel the intensity. People say, Oh man, its fake. No. Maybe its predetermined, but I felt the hits in the ring, and I wasnt even the one getting hit. And so, yeah, Im good. Id rather be on the outside watching.

Fluffys connection to wrestling runs deep. Growing up, he was a huge Hulk Hogan fan. But over time, his appreciation expanded to legends like Ricky Steamboat and Macho Man Randy Savage. And while hes not lacing up boots, hes still very much part of the wrestling world as a vocal supporter.

In the same interview, Iglesias also opened up about his personal wellness journey, including his experience with DDP Yogafurther proof that even if hes not hitting the ropes, hes still putting in the work.

Do you think Fluffy should make a one-time appearance in the ring? Is it something you would want to see? Please share your thoughts and feedback in the comment section below.
