Donald Trump is not exactly a favorite figure in the US, especially in recent months. However, it is also known that the US leader was the target of assassination even twice during the presidential campaign! The second attempt attracted the same attention as the first, but most were not familiar with the attacker or his motives regarding this case. However, new information is now coming.
Namely, according to media reports, the man accused of attempting to kill Donald Trump on a golf course in Florida tried to buy a rocket launcher and an anti-aircraft missile from a person he thought was a Ukrainian arms dealer. Ryan Routh, 59, allegedly visited West Palm Beach before the assassination attempt to 'analyze the terrain'.
The filling states stresses that the 59-year-old tried to acquire anti-aircraft weapons, providing additional evidence of his intentions.
In a conversation with an online contact, Routh wrote: "I need equipment so that Trump cannot get elected," Routh wrote.

"Send me an rpg [rocket-propelled grenade] or stinger [anti-aircraft missile] and I will see what we can do ... [Trump] is not good for Ukraine."
Although it is still not known with whom he communicated, his motives are quite clear.
The 59-year-old has pleaded not guilty to five charges, including attempted murder of Donald Trump.
Camping
It is important to point out that previously Routh camped for 12 hours at the Trump International golf course, armed with a semi-automatic rifle. A member of Trump's secret service team saw the barrel of the weapon in view even before the arrival of Trump's golf team, and the accused then ran away, leaving behind his belongings such as a backpack, a loaded rifle and a digital camera.
The investigation revealed that the 59-year-old searched for weapons in Hawaii, which were even more destructive. In addition, it was revealed that Routh had been in contact with a person from Mexico via WhatsApp, planning his escape after the murder.
