The WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2025 is shaping up to be one of the biggest highlights of the year. Several major names have already been confirmed, and now WWE has added three more legends to the Legacy Wing.
WWE announced on Twitter that legendary Superstars Kamala, Dory Funk Sr., and Ivan Koloff will be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2025 as part of the Legacy Wing, saying, Legendary Superstars Kamala, Dory Funk Sr., and Ivan Koloff will enter the WWE Hall of Fame as the 2025 Legacy inductees.
Kamala, also known as The Ugandan Giant, was one of the most memorable characters in wrestling during the 1980s and early 1990s. He had a tribal-themed look and was known for his wild, unpredictable style. Kamala had big feuds with major stars like The Undertaker and Hulk Hogan, which made him a fan favorite and a feared opponent in the ring.
Dory Funk Sr. was the father of the famous Funk wrestling family and played a big role in growing the wrestling scene in Texas. He trained many future stars and helped make Texas a major wrestling territory. His legacy continues through his sons, especially Dory Funk Jr., who is also a WWE Hall of Famer.
Ivan Koloff, known as The Russian Bear, made history in 1971 when he beat Bruno Sammartino for the WWWF World Heavyweight Title, ending Sammartinos record-setting reign. Koloff was known for being a tough wrestler in the ring, and his role as a hated heel helped shape wrestling during that time.
This years class is headlined byTriple Hand includesMichelle McCool,Lex Luger, andThe Natural Disasters. WWE is also debuting itsnew Immortal Moment categorywith the unforgettable WrestleMania 13 showdown between Stone Cold Steve Austin and Bret Hart.
WWE is adding Kamala, Dory Funk Sr., and Ivan Koloff to the Hall of Fames Legacy Wing to honor their important roles in wrestling history. These three legends helped make wrestling what it is today. By including them, WWE is making sure that fans remember their impact and that their names will be celebrated for many years to come and fans couldnt be happier about this decision.
