Kiana James has the looks, the talent, and the charisma to become a top name in WWE. She is a true business woman, entrepreneur, boss lady, and runs an enterprise. Although her main roster career had had some set backs, she has dazzled on the NXT brand.
Kiana debuted for WWE in 2022 for its NXT brand. Prior to that, she was trained by Shawn Spears and Tyler Breeze and appeared in AEW under the name Xtina Kay. She showed off her acting skills in NXT during a storyline which included Fallon Henley, Josh Briggs, and a fling with Brooks Jensen. Despite Henley always beinf suspicious of Kianas intent, the two would hold gold together as the NXT Womens Tag Team Champions.
Ms. James would compete in the inaugural Iron Survivor Challenge and feud with the likes of Becky Lynch, Tiffany Stratton, Shotzi, Fallon Henley, and Roxanne Perez. She worked with the top of the division and main roster talent while mentoring newcomer Izzi Dame. Kiana defeated Perez in a steel cage match in 2023 with Dames help.
During the WWE draft in 2024, Kiana was called up to Raw. She held a victory over Natalya in her official Raw debut and had a Money in the Bank qualifier against Zelina Vega and IYO SKY. This took place in June and would be Kianas last match before going out for surgery on her leg.
Kianas call up may have been poor timing, but being the star she is at only 27 shows how much she has left to do.
