Chris Jericho is tired of being disappointedand this week on AEW Dynamite, he made that crystal clear.
During the April 9 broadcast, Jericho stormed into his Learning Tree segment and lit into Big Bill and Bryan Keith. After their collective failures at AEW DynastyJericho losing the ROH World Title to Bandido and his protgs coming up short against The Hurt SyndicateJericho didnt hold back.
Im not mad that none of you have gold. Im not even mad you werent there for me when I lost my title, Jericho said. Im just disappointed.
Then came the meltdown. With no warning, Jericho grabbed a baseball bat and started destroying the television on set, smashing it while yelling Im disappointed! to anyone who would listen. The crowd watched in stunned silence as the veteran star unraveled live on national TV.
Big Bill, clearly rattled, tried to explain himself, saying he joined the group to learn, not to be Jerichos punching bag. But it was too late.
Jericho stared down his team and said he was donefor now. Until that changes, its best that I leave.
