Adam Cole just made his next power move in AEWand it goes beyond winning gold.
Fresh off defeating Daniel Garcia at AEW Dynasty to capture his first singles title in AEW, the TNT Championship, Cole decided to level up the Undisputed Kingdom. But now? That names officially done.
We are now The Paragon, Cole declared on April 9 episode of AEW Dynamite, marking a full rebrand of his crew alongside Kyle OReilly and Roderick Strong. The name change signals a fresh chapter for the trio, all former members of WWEs Undisputed Era, whove been quietly regrouping on AEW TV in recent weeks.
AEW actually trademarked The Paragon name back in 2022, but it was shelved due to a string of untimely injuries across the faction. Now that the key players are back in actionand with Cole holding a titlethe timing seems right to roll it out.
Notably absent from the new version of the group are Mike Bennett and Matt Taven. While no official word has been given on whether theyre still part of the faction, both have been missing from AEW programming for a while. For now, Cole, Strong, and OReilly are the ones making the plays.
