Independent wrestling legend Nick Gage is mourning an irreplaceable losshis longtime partner Sondra Culbertson has passed away at just 43 years old.
Game Changer Wrestling confirmed the heartbreaking news on April 9, 2025, posting to X/Twitter that Culbertson had died earlier that day. Culbertson and Gage had been together for more than 25 years, building a love story that stood strong through years of personal and professional chaos. She wasnt just the woman behind the manshe was a fierce, constant presence at CZW and GCW events, always seen cheering on The King.
GCW owner Brett Lauderdale paid tribute to Culbertson, saying, Those that knew her will never forget her. She had an unbreakable spirit, an infectious laugh and an attitude that never quit. She never lost an argument but it sure was fun to argue with her. Im lucky to have shared so many laughs with her and Nick over the years.
