Hello everyone, welcome to the honor club! Last night, we had the return of Marina Shafir to Ring of Honor.
Shafir made her way to the ring to face local competitor Nixi Xs. Nixi offered her hand to honor the code of honor; Shafir shook it, and then, without releasing her hand, started kicking her and throwing her around.
The self-proclaimed Versace of Violence tried to hit back with little to no effect on Marina. She kicked Nixi and then body-slammed her, only to submit her within seconds.
For what it was, I enjoyed the segment; both played their part very well. I loved Nixis look, from the makeup to the outfit. For being exhibition matches, I feel that a lot of times the non-AEW/local competitors do a great job of showcasing their skills.
Taya had a backstage segment where she aimed for the ROH TV Title.
Next week, we will see CMLLs Amazon La Catalina face off against Taya Valkyrie; the winner will get a championship match for the ROH TV Title.
