On this weeks episode of WWE Main Event, Maxxine Dupri took on Shayna Baszler.
Dupri had just come close to a win after executing the caterpillar, but the veteran Baszler kicked out at the count of two. Under Natalyas tutelage, Dupri attempted to score an impressive win over Baszler by locking in the Sharpshooter. Baszler was able to reverse it into her own submission as Dupri tapped out. This was Dupris first singles match since her loss to Zoey Stark on Main Event in February.
Dupri and Natalya were a part of the number one contenders gauntlet match on the April 11 episode of SmackDown. They came up short to eventual winners Bayley and Lyra Valkyria.
