Fans always get excited when former WWE Superstars reunite after leaving the company. In fact, it appears that a former WWE tag team will be getting back together at an indie wrestling event later this year.
Prestige Wrestling announced on Instagram that Combat Clash 25 will take place on July 13th at the Viking Pavilion in Portland. The event will feature The IInspiration, Matt Cardona, Cedric Alexander, Mustafa Ali, and a special appearance by Toni Storm.
The biggest announcement from this is the fact that Peyton Royce and Billie Kay will be reuniting as a tag team again at the event. This will mark the first time they will compete together as a tag team since April 2022, when they dropped the TNA Knockouts Tag Team Titles to Fatal Influence. They would then announce a hiatus from wrestling that would last for a couple of years as well.
The event on July 13th will be a big deal for fans who love womens tag team wrestling. The IInspiration were very popular in WWE, winning the Womens Tag Team Titles and standing out thanks to their fun personalities and strong teamwork.
After more than three years since their last match together, theyre teaming up again, this time at an indie show. Prestige Wrestling is becoming one of the top independent promotions, and their reunion is sure to get a lot of attention, so well have to see who will end up facing the IInspiration in July.
