If youve been holding off on buying WrestleMania 41 tickets, your patience may have just paid off.
According to MORE, the FOX affiliate morning show in Las Vegas, ticket prices for both nights of WrestleMania 41 have dropped by about 25% in price from this time last week. The update aired on April 15, confirming that the dip comes as WWE tries to close the gap between available seats and sellout status at Allegiant Stadium.
This isnt entirely unexpected. WWE recently shifted to Configuration Two inside the stadium, expanding available seating to 54,595 per night. While Night Two has been moving strong with over 52,000 tickets already distributed, Night One is lagging slightly behind with around 50,000 claimed and over 4,000 still available.
Last years WrestleMania 40 in Philadelphia saw a massive turnout with more than 67,000 fans each night. In comparison, WrestleMania 41 currently sits at just over 102,000 combined across both nightsa shortfall of over 32,000 tickets.
Despite Wrestling Observers report that WWE was struggling, the reality is more complex. WWE has been aiming for revenue over volume, pricing this years seats higher than ever. But with just days left, it looks like theyre now willing to adjust to get more fans in the building.
WWE has not officially confirmed the price cuts, but the local report matches what many fans have seen on the resale marketmore sections opening up and prices gradually dipping.
Whether the strategy pays off with a last-minute surge remains to be seen, but for fans who were on the fence, this could be the perfect window to lock in seats without breaking the bank.
