Mercedes Mon enjoys being famous and showing off what shes achieved in wrestling, but she keeps her personal life more private. In fact, she has now set the record straight on potentially pursuing a romantic relationship again, especially outside wrestling.
While speaking to 98.5 The Sports Hub, Mercedes Mon was asked if she had ever tried to pursue a romantic relationship, especially outside of wrestling, and if she had ever met someone she felt she could fall in love with but was pulled away because of her career.
The CEO of AEW explained that she hasnt tried because she simply doesnt have the time. Right now, holding four championships is her focus. Wrestling is her love, her passion, and her everything at this point in her life.
This comes after Mercedes Mon and Sarath Ton officially filed for divorce last year. Mon also shared that they had actually separated back in December 2020, and she is clearly more focused on her career at the moment.
Mercedes Mon is currently holding three major titles: AEW TBS Champion, NJPW Womens STRONG Champion, and RevPro Undisputed British Womens Champion. With so many matches, appearances, and big storylines to focus on, shes putting her love life on hold for now and fans completely understand her reasoning.
